How would you like to sit down to ‘Fleetwood Mac and Cheese’ and ‘Bachman Turnip Overdrive’ followed by ‘Whitesnaked Alaska’ for dessert?

Food recipes with rock and roll-themed puntastic names are a pretty brilliant idea for this cookbook called, fittingly, “Dark Side of the Spoon” which is out now.

Seeing this (and laughing my ass off in the process), I was compelled to come up with some of my own creations, which not surprisingly are all Italian.

 

–“Led Zeppoli”

“Shrimp Fra (Dio)valo”; and

–“(Zappa)sta primavera”
